    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises.

    By placing an order, making payment, submitting account information for fulfilment, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

    1. Nature of Our Services

    Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises provides the sale and delivery of virtual entertainment coins used on supported third-party social, live-streaming, and entertainment platforms.

    Supported platforms may include Poppo Live, Taka Live, Crush Live, Glow Live, and other similar entertainment applications made available through our service channels.

    The virtual coins supplied by us are intended for use within the relevant entertainment platforms for functions such as virtual gifting, supporting streamers, accessing in-app features, and other entertainment-related interactions.

    Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises does not currently provide cryptocurrency trading, digital-asset investment services, securities services, foreign-exchange services, remittance services, or independent cross-border money-transfer services.

    2. Customer Orders

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

    This may include:

    • The correct entertainment platform;

    • The required quantity or package of virtual coins;

    • The correct platform username, account ID, or other information required for delivery; and

    • Accurate payment information or transaction reference where applicable.

    Customers should carefully verify their account information before confirming an order.

    3. Payments

    Orders must be paid for through payment methods currently supported by Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises.

    Depending on the customer’s location and the available payment channel, payments may be accepted in supported currencies including Nigerian Naira (NGN), South African Rand (ZAR), Kenyan Shilling (KES), Rwandan Franc (RWF), Central African CFA Franc (XAF), and other currencies supported through our approved payment channels.

    The acceptance of payments in different currencies is solely for the purpose of paying for entertainment-coin orders and does not constitute a standalone currency-conversion, foreign-exchange, remittance, or money-transfer service.

    Some customers may also be permitted to use supported payment vouchers where such methods are available.

    All payments are subject to verification before an order is fulfilled.

    4. Order Fulfilment

    Once payment has been confirmed and the required customer information has been provided, we will process the relevant entertainment-coin order.

    Fulfilment times may vary depending on factors including:

    • The entertainment platform involved;

    • Platform availability;

    • Payment confirmation;

    • Technical interruptions;

    • Customer account information;

    • Network or system issues; and

    • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

    We aim to fulfil confirmed orders as promptly as reasonably possible.

    5. Incorrect Customer Information

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that usernames, platform IDs, account numbers, or other fulfilment information submitted to us are correct.

    Where virtual coins have already been successfully delivered to the account details supplied by the customer, Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises may be unable to reverse or recover the transaction.

    Customers should therefore verify all account details before submitting an order.

    6. Refunds and Failed Orders

    Where payment has been confirmed but an order cannot be fulfilled, we will review the transaction and determine whether:

    • The order can be retried;

    • An alternative fulfilment method is available; or

    • A refund is appropriate.

    Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the transaction.

    A refund may not be available where virtual coins have already been successfully delivered to the platform account specified by the customer or where incorrect account information supplied by the customer resulted in delivery to the wrong account.

    Where a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or found to be unauthorised, Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises reserves the right to suspend fulfilment or take reasonable steps to recover any corresponding virtual coins or value already supplied.

    7. Third-Party Entertainment Platforms

    The entertainment platforms supported through our services are operated by independent third parties.

    Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises does not own, manage, or control these platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

    Availability, platform rules, coin functionality, pricing structures, account restrictions, technical operations, or other features determined by a third-party platform may change without our control.

    Customers remain responsible for complying with the terms and policies of the entertainment platforms they use.

    8. Virtual Entertainment Coins

    The virtual coins supplied through our service are platform-specific entertainment items.

    They are not presented by Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises as:

    • Cryptocurrencies;

    • Securities;

    • Investment products;

    • Savings products;

    • Bank deposits;

    • Stored-value financial accounts; or

    • Independent legal tender.

    Their functionality is determined by the third-party entertainment platform for which they are purchased.

    9. Prohibited Use

    Customers must not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorised purposes.

    We reserve the right to decline, suspend, cancel, or investigate transactions where we reasonably suspect:

    • Fraud;

    • Unauthorised payment;

    • Stolen payment credentials or vouchers;

    • Misrepresentation;

    • Abuse of our service;

    • Violation of applicable law; or

    • Activity inconsistent with the permitted purpose of our services.

    We may request additional information or verification before processing certain transactions.

    10. Payment Verification and Compliance

    Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises may maintain appropriate records of customer orders, payments, communications, and fulfilment for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and compliance purposes.

    Transactions may also be subject to checks performed by our payment-service providers.

    Where required, we may request reasonable supporting information from a customer before completing an order.

    11. Pricing

    Prices for virtual entertainment coins may vary from time to time due to changes in supplier pricing, platform conditions, operational costs, applicable payment charges, and other commercial factors.

    The price communicated or displayed at the time an order is confirmed will apply to that order unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.

    12. Service Availability

    We aim to keep our services available consistently but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

    Services may temporarily be affected by maintenance, third-party platform interruptions, payment-service issues, network outages, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

    13. Limitation of Responsibility

    Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises will take reasonable steps to process and fulfil valid customer orders accurately.

    However, we are not responsible for failures caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including outages or restrictions imposed by third-party entertainment platforms, telecommunications providers, banks, payment processors, or other independent service providers.

    Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

    14. Privacy

    Personal information obtained through our services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

    Customers are encouraged to review our Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

    15. Changes to These Terms

    Doctoray Digitals and Enterprises may update these Terms and Conditions where necessary to reflect changes in our services, operating procedures, third-party platforms, or applicable requirements.

    Updated Terms will take effect when published on our website unless otherwise stated.
